1. Information on this site

Product details, prices, dimensions and parking norms on this site are indicative and for general information. Prices are shown per bay as a range and do not form an offer. A binding price or design exists only in a written quotation or contract signed by WAParking.

2. Parking Norms (Compliance Atlas)

We summarise city parking rules from published government sources and link to them. Rules change, and authorities interpret them. The Atlas is not legal or professional advice. Always confirm the rule that applies to your plot with the sanctioning authority and your architect before you design or build. WAParking is not liable for decisions made on the Atlas alone.

3. Insights articles and videos

Articles and videos explain how systems and rules work in general. They are not advice for a specific project.

4. Forms and partner accounts

Information you send must be true and yours to share. Partner accounts are personal to the approved partner; keep login details safe and tell us at once about any misuse. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the partner agreement. The partner agreement governs partner commissions and duties.

5. Intellectual property

The text, drawings, images, videos, logos and the WAParking name on this site belong to WAParking or its licensors. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Do not copy, republish or sell site content without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not try to break into the site, overload it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

7. Links to other sites

We link to government documents, YouTube and other sites. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, WAParking is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
