What we promise, in writing

- ▪ A stamped layout study and budget within seventy-two hours of you sending a plot.
- ▪ Commission paid within 15 days of our collecting the milestone — not on completion.
- ▪ A published price list with a fixed partner schedule. We will not undercut you in your own city.
