What the regulation says
Delhi measures parking in Equivalent Car Spaces (ECS). Since S.O. 3883(E) of 20 Sep 2021 the norms are per 100 sqm of FAR area, with deductions near metro stations and public multi-level car parks. UBBL 2016 clause 8.3 (high-rise buildings) counts stacked parking and multi-level automated parking at 16 sqm per ECS.
