This policy explains what personal data WAParking India Private Limited ("WAParking", "we") collects through waparking.com, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act 2000.
1. Who we are

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, government ID numbers, bank details or health information.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare the parking study you asked for, and send a quotation.
- To assess and manage partner applications and the opportunities partners register.
- To understand which pages are useful, and to see which pages a known contact has read so our reply fits what they were looking at.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.
We use your data only for these purposes. When you submit a form, you consent to this use. We will ask again before using your data for anything else.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Creintors Group companies that design, manufacture and install our systems, when needed for your project.
- Approved WAParking partners in your city, only if you ask us to connect you or a partner registered your project.
- Service providers that run the site for us: hosting (Hostinger), analytics (Google Analytics), and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). They process data on our instructions.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
Some providers store data outside India. We transfer data only as the DPDP Act allows.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries and quotations: 3 years after our last contact with you. Partner records: for the partnership and 3 years after it ends. Records we must keep for tax or law: as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymise the data.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site uses a security cookie that keeps forms safe, and Google Analytics cookies (_ga) that count visits and pages viewed. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect what we did before);
- name another person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act;
- raise a grievance with us, and if we do not resolve it, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Write to the Grievance Officer below. We reply within 30 days.
8. Security
The site uses HTTPS, and access to enquiry and partner data is limited to staff who need it. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.
